Class Says Delta, AirTran Colluded On Baggage Fee

Law360, New York (May 27, 2009) -- Airline passengers have filed a putative class action alleging that Delta Air Lines Inc. colluded with AirTran Airways Inc. by agreeing to start charging at the same time $15 for the first piece of checked baggage.
