States Join Qui Tam Medicaid Suits Against Wyeth

Law360, New York (June 19, 2009) -- Fifteen states have formally intervened in a pair of whistleblower lawsuits accusing Wyeth of making bundling arrangements under which it charged state Medicaid programs hundreds of millions of dollars more for acid reflux treatment Protonix than it charged other customers.
