Law360, New York (June 29, 2009) -- Drugmaker Schering-Plough Corp. and its generics subsidiary Warrick Pharmaceuticals Corp. have agreed to pay $55 million to settle several lawsuits alleging that they reported inflated prices to Medicaid for over 20 different generic drugs, including albuterol, amoxicillin and ribavirin.
