Magistrate Partly Grants Pom's Bid For Coke Docs

Law360, New York (November 03, 2009) -- A magistrate judge has ordered Coca-Cola Co. to hand over some documents and respond to an interrogatory in a lawsuit Pom Wonderful Inc. filed accusing the beverage giant of violating the Lanham Act by falsely advertising the ingredients in its pomegranate-blend juice.
