Law360, New York (November 05, 2009) -- The Swiss Federal Competition Commission has hit state-owned telecommunications group Swisscom AG with a fine of 219 million Swiss francs ($216 million) for allegedly abusing its dominant position in the broadband market by overcharging competitors for high-speed Internet access.
