Law360, New York (November 06, 2009) -- A group of paying customers has banded together in a newly amended complaint to accuse Boehringer Ingelheim International GmbH of prosecuting a patent it knew to be invalid in order to stymie generic-drug makers in their efforts to get cheaper versions of the Parkinson's drug Mirapex to market.
