Neurontin Class Action V. Pfizer Dismissed

Law360, New York (April 03, 2009) -- A federal judge has dismissed a consolidated class action accusing Pfizer Inc. of a scheme to use patent litigation to delay generic competition for the epilepsy drug Neurontin, after the end-payor plaintiffs voluntarily dropped their claims against the pharmaceutical giant.
